Website: VPPK
VPPK is a flemish students organisation based in Ghent. They asked me to create a new website which is easy to maintain. To meet their needs, I created this site to work with WebSuite.

Website: JC Spin
JC Spin is a youth association based in Dessel, Belgium. They needed a platform to comunicate with their members. I built this website based on WebSuite. It allows them to manage their websie and contact their members via e-mail and SMS text messages.

Web application: Sitecounter
In 2004 I created the first version of Sitecounter. Sitecounter is an online website analytics application with a lot of advanced features. One of the main features is its usability. Currently Sitecounter is at its third version.

Oh-Junior is a boutique for girls between 3 months and 16 years old. They asked me to create a website that allows customers to visit the store virtually from their computer and browse the new collections.

I am David Peeters. I've always been interested and fascinated by the world of technology. When I was 14 I read a book about Visual Basic that my nephew gave me. Soon I started writing my own little programs. A few years later I discovered HTML and later PHP and MySQL, which I used in various websites I developed. From small ones to bigger, wider used websites, such as www.sitecounter.be.
Friends say they never see me without a smile. I always see the positive things in people or assignments. I'd like to think about problems as things that need to be solved, not things that let me down. I'm always open for new ideas, new ways of doing things, new challenges and new knowledge to acquire.
When I'm not on my computer, I like to watch musicals, visit places, go to the restaurant or make a city trip. In short, spend time with the people close to me.
